More than a woman

I am a great girl who's been dealt a bad hand in relationships. Looking for someone to treat me with mutual love and respect and enjoy the beautiful things in life with me. I am a sucker for romance, yet have never had it for myself. Let's just say I'm a dreamer. I'm eternally optimistic no matter how many times I've been let down. I do anything and everything for my partner and can't wait to meet someone with the same passion for me. Some info about me. I work full time as an occupational therapist. I got my Master's from USC last year. When I'm not at work I'm usually found in my other profession hip-hop dance. I go to classes 4 to 5 times a week and sometimes get involved in shows. Some of my other interests include music, which can mean anything from sitting at my comp and downloading, to attending a live show, to singing in my car. Music makes my world go round. I also enjoy cooking and BBQing, trying new restaurants, hiking, the beach, amusement parks, and the occasional lounge or nightclub...to name a few. I live in NoHo in my own apt w/ my dog Gizmo. I come from a GREAT family, with parents married 30 years so I'm lookin for someone with family values. I have a great sense of humor, am a good listener, nurturing, affectionate. I can be a total girly-girl, but not high maintenance AT ALL. I just want someone with a kind heart who can romance and take care of me :-) Someone who's secure in their life and doesn't need me to take care of them but won't let it ruin their pride if I want to take care of them. Someone who is compassionate and empathetic and knows when to pick their battles. Someone with a great sense of humor. Someone who is just as affectionate if not more than me :-) Physically I have a tendency to date black men. It's a purely physical attraction thing and no I won't exclude someone because they are not black. I like men to be taller than me...I'm 5'2". I like muscles, especially a strong chest and arms.
