looking for understanding

Retired airline technician, college graduate, Veteran of the Asian war. Living in the Mountains, enjoying the magnificense and grandour, skiing, hiking in the wilderness is my passion. I enjoy live music, dancing, travel, exploring countries and cities all over the world. I do some gardening, though success in the field is limited. Seems I have more of a black thumb then a green one. Herpes is a drag on dating that is for sure. Very few people have a clue about the problem. It would be nice to meet someone that has some understanding and compassion towards herpetics. A solid long term relationship with someone attracted to me, as well as I finding them attractive is of course what most enduring relationships are based on. A two way street where a couple finds mutual attraction and compatiblity. A active female that likes nature and a comfortable home life would be a treasure to behold. I ski 2-3 times a week. That would be nice to have a skiing companion. A fishing companion, a swimming and water oriented companion. A contributor to the relationship. I have a modest income and own my home. In retirement things change financially and in this day and age it takes two incomes to live for two. I enjoy music, I play some instruments and practise at getting better! I teach Tai Chi once or twice a week. Helps manage my body and relaxes me. I would be up for some yoga to compliment the tai chi. Herpes is a gift, lets you know when your stress level has reached it's limit. Tells you that you need to change something in your life that causes the outbreaks. Doesn't always work, I need a companion that understands this. It's necessary to for me to find a partner that is not a drama queen that creates emotional complications continually. A low key, easy going, sympathetic, compassionate, loving relationship is what I'm all about.
