Herpes Passions

I am a male with type 1 herpes, I have been trying to keep my head up and date people. I go on a few dates, they start wanting to kiss on me and I love to cuddle so we end up in the bedroom. Well, it takes me a while to open up to someone and I would never just break down and have sex with any of them. I simply would just say I think we should wait.. I have had significant others from 3 days to 3 months.. Once I say the word "Herpes" .. they run. My roommates understand my situation but I am starting to give up on myself and others. I really am just trying to find a simple way to have someone to talk to. Someone to love and be understanding.. I still do not believe it is out there. I am looking for something that can't be bought in stores and will never be sold.. These websites sell false hope but I guess I am willing to make myself vulnerable again for the sake of love.
